Production Assistant
The right candidate should have:
* General Degree in BSc. (Science/ Physical Science) from a recognized university or NDT (Polymer/ Chemical)
* Diploma from Plastic and Rubber Institute will be an added advantage
* Exposure to lean manufacturing & six sigma methodology
* 1 year experience in supervisor capacity in a similar industry
* Computer Literacy
* Good communication skills-verbal & written
* High sense of responsibility and strong leadership skills
* Proven record of conduct and discipline
The suitable candidate should demonstrate the ability to be a team player and possess the ability to interact with other departments.
