Our customer base ranges across system integrators, retailers, large format chain stores, hypermarkets, telecommunication channels, camera channels, on-line stores, stationary suppliers, solution providers etc.
Who we want:
The ideal candidate, a lady with advance level qualification along with higher level semi qualifications in accounting with a good knowledge of Reading, Writing and Spoken English & Sinhala along with ERP software knowledge
Selected Candidates basic job profile
• Preparation of NBT, VAT, WHT, Income Tax etc. Summaries & monthly, yearly or quarterly filling returns
• Maintaining of Fixed Assets, Shipments, PDC’s in hand etc.
• Handling of third party supplier and other service provider payments
• Full Cycle of EPF and ETF returns
• Doing Bank Reconciliation for Current A/C Savings A/C daily, weekly & monthly and filling
• Filling of Cheque and Cash deposit slips
• Following up on with customers for timely payments and returned cheques
• Handling Petty Cash Book and filling the bill copies separately
• Doing Journal entries for NBT, VAT, Rental and Insurance etc. monthly and filling it
• Handling other finance and administration matters with management
