CBL Foods International, manufacturer of well-known brands such as Tiara Cakes, Ritzbury Chocolates. Nutriline Cereals and other products, is seeking a competent individual to fill the following position.

Supplies Manager

The purpose of the position is to take charge of the most important part of our supply chain as the Supplies Manager. This is an important position in the Senior Management team of the company. Competent and experienced persons with an impeccable track record are invited to apply for this position.

Job Role:

– Will be responsible in ensuring that procurement of materials are done efficiently.
– Should cost-effectively minimise inventory holding while ensuring that the requirements of the supply chain are met.
– Ensure that opportunities exist for continuous improvement and value addition to the company’s supply chain.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

– A Management degree in a related field (Business / Finance I Supply Chain Management) is a must. A professional qualification related to the field or an MBA will be an added advantage.
– A minimum of 10 years progressive experience with 4 years in similar capacity.
– Should be an out-of-the-box thinker with a strong sense of commercial acumen.
– Excellent communication skills, team management and team building skills and ability to effectively interact with other functional teams are important for this position.
– Should be below 40 years of age.
