Senior Tour Executive
We are incorporated Inbound tour in Sri Lanka, seeks young, dynamic, and self Motivated individuals for join as Senior Tour Executive who can Assist all functionalities of reservations for passengers.
Sell and serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
Applicant must have:
– A minimum 03 years experience in the Domestic and Inbound travel Industry.
– Experience in independently planning and executing itineraries and tour costing.
– Able to handle corporate clients and coordinate tour packages independently.
– In-depth knowledge in hotels and sites relation skills.
– Excellent, interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills.
– PC based rate windows package including MS Office and E-mail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills of both English and Sinhala.
– Should be below 40 years of age with a mind set to grow with the company.
