Manager/Senior Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and efficient Manager/Senior Manager to maintain and enhance the organization, human resources domain by planning, Implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource. policies, programs and practices, taking proactive steps in the right direction.
Profile:
You will be required to work independently and should have a thorough knowledge of overall HR activities inclusive of formulation and implementation of HR strategies and HR administrative procedures, recruitment and talent management, organizational planning and labour management. You will a.. senior management on HR policy and implementation while handling all issues related to people management.
Person:
• Should be a professional with excellent academic record, preferably with a Master’s degree from a recognized University/Degree
• Around 5 to 8 years of experience in a HR generalist position with minimum of 03 years in a managerial level position
• Active and dynamic Personality with result driven approach
• Outstanding communication skills and influencing skills
• Experience in finance industry would be an added advantage
