We are seeking a Manager for an inbound tour operation with self-motivated, proactive and target driven individual who will establish exceptional working relationships and trust across with the management- marketing staff and the Overseas agents.
Job Role:
• Managing a professional and experienced operations, marketing, reservations and transportation teams
• Continuing the product development and supporting some of the product contracting services
• Working with the Marketing Executives setting the strategy for the e-commerce marketing activities
• Reporting directly to the MD and working together on the overall development of the company
• Supplier Management ( Hoteliers, Drivers)
• Driver recruitment management Shopping follow-ups, monthly update and collection
• Customer quality maintenance and overall quality management for the operations department
• Overlooking the team performance and ongoing work progress monitoring
Professional Skills and Qualifications:
• A strong European or UK inbound tour operations background with the emphasis on Operations & Product
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints
• Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
• Performance management
• Working towards objectives
• Be marketing aware
• Have an approachable and outgoing personality to fit into the management team
• Enjoy taking responsibility and have people management skills
