HR Executive (Colombo—Head Office)
We seek young. intelligent and positive minded individuals with pleasing personality to be a part of our
dynamic team of HR.
This will be a pivotal role within the division that supports Head of HR, in achieving the business objectives
of each functional areas of the Company. Managing the functions of T & D, Performance Management, Strategic HR initiatives to drive the business and Organizational Development would be key job functions of the selected candidate. A hands-on approach to work is important.
You should possess the following requirements:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in HRM from a recognized university or Diploma in HRM from a recognized institute or equivalent qualification.
* Around 01 – 03 years experience in managing HR functions, preferably in banking financing establishment.
* Should be well versed of Performance Management Systems and Training & Development methodologies.
* The ideal candidate must be below 30 years with excellent interpersonal skills.
* High proficiency in oral and written English is mandatory.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to commensurate with qualifications and experience.
