Job Description:

Candidate from Hospitality background, who is proficient in designing, developing and executing the training modules, based on the training needs, in a Reputed Star Hotel in a corporate set up. He / She shall have hands-on experience in the delivery of training programmes.

Should be able to observe, Identify and analyze issues relating to employee performance and behavior at the workplace, grooming, etiquette, etc., give feedback to the concerned, and suggest for improving.

Preference will be given to those candidates who are having work experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Defines all Human Resources training programs, and assigns the authority / responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs. Provides necessary education and material to employee’s including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports. Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs. To manage the implementation of the Training & development programme and consolidate the results of the same to link the same to Compensation, Training & Development.

Experience : 10 – 15 years
