– Customer Support Executive Call Center Executive providing mail and voice based support.
– Handling Software sales to US customers and Web-sites Sales.
Desired Profile:
– Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Computer and Internet knowledge preferred.
– Should be able to deliver quality customer service support for clients.
– Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts.
– Ability to provide information Quickly, Clearly and Effectively.
– Fluency in written and spoken English essential.
– Clarity of speech, fluency, grammar, neutral accent and good articulation of thought.
– Ability to understand and speak to US customers.
Candidate Profile:
– B.sc( Computer Science) MBA, MCA Preferred or Any Graduate with excellent communication skills with min 1-4 years of experience can apply.
