Business Banking Relationship Manager
We seek experienced executives currently working in a Branch in the Greater Colombo area or in a Corporate Banking Relationship Management team. The core job function would be business acquisition in the Middle Market and SME segment covering both deposit mobilization and lending.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Banking customer acquisition including Trade finance clients.
* Meet deposit mobilization /lending targets.
* Undertake independent Credit Appraisals including Financial Analysis, Operating Analysis, Risk Analysis and Scoring.
* Evaluate credit risk to minimize risk to the bank and ongoing risk monitoring.
* Act as the main contact point for Business Banking customers and maintain high service standards.
Key Requirements and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree / fully qualified Bankers / CIMA or equivalent. An MBA from a recognized university would be an advantage.
* 3 Years Work Experience in a front-line role.
* Strong communication & interpersonal
* Good analytical skills including the ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
* Target driven.
* Having strong relationship with Business Banking Customers.
