Senior Management Coordinator
The Purpose of the Job:
To perform Coordination and Public Relation tasks that are general operational coordination functions in nature which includes diary management, Compiling of reports, furnishing information , scheduling meetings, preparing agenda’s, following up on meetings and Coordinating activities, liaising with all levels of local staff members, organizations and foreign principals.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Sound Educational background with G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E A/L
* Any other relevant qualifications would be an added advantage
* Preferably with minimum of 6 months experience in similar capacity
* Should possess and excellent command of English – both oral and written
* Must be computer Literate (MS Office Application)
Knowledge & Skills:
* Should have Excellent Public Relations and Communication skills
* Ability to do coordinating functions effectively:
– Coordinating Board meetings
– Ability to handle correspondence as directed
– Maintain contact list and update it regularly
* Having good typing skills would be a distinct advantage
Age:
* Should be below 26 years
