Senior Executive — Human Resources and Administration
We seek an individual with HR exposure looking to grow and develop a variety of HR activities with our team of HR professionals. Your areas of responsibility will include engaging in a range of personnel management functions, recruitment, training and development, quality management systems, administrative functions and effective implementation of HR initiatives whilst also engaging in operational tasks. You will be responsible for providing leadership to effectively implement the organization’s quality management systems, by ways of establishing procedures, setting quality objectives and arranging timely management reviews.
You will possess a Degree in HR and/or a Professional Qualification in HRM whilst preferably having 4
years of executive level experience in the HR field. Counseling skills will be an added benefit to fulfill this
role successfully.
You would be a self-starter with outstanding communication & presentation skills, strong leadership capabilities, analytical and negotiations skills with the ability to manage multi-functional tasks whilst being
a part of a professional team.
