Graduate / LLB
Experience : 2-5 years
Knowledge on section 138 of negotiable instrumentation Act, Consumer protection Act, MRTP matters.
Drafting of Pleadings under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 & Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and attending Court proceedings and matters related thereto.
Drafting of Commercial Agreements and Property documents.
Issue of Notice, filing of suit under Section 138
Drafting written statement
Filing of Winding up petition under section 433 (e) & (f) read with sections 434 & 439 of the Companies Act, 1956.
Drafting of Statement of Objections/ written statements etc. towards consumer complaints filed against the Company under the Consumer Protection Act 1986.
