Our Group of Companies known as Butani Capital based in Sri Lanka, India, and USA primarily focuses on BPO Services and Support Services for the US Healthcare Industry such as Revenue Cycle management, Medical Scribing, Medical Coding, and Medical Transcription.
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to overlook the total functions of IT division.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for total management of the information technology & computer system in the company.
• Designing, developing implementing and coordinating, systems, policies & procedures with regard to IT operations to ensure smooth floor of operations.
• Ensure — configure- manage & trouble shoot firewall policies and proper security controls applied within the organization.
• Ensure the effective & efficient help desk for general IT issues/needs by staff.
Professional Skills
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar job roll (manager grade)
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT
• Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Problem solving, decision making, good PR and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to work in tight deadlines within constrains is a must.
• Experience in handling ISO/ SOC2 auditing will be an added advantage.
