– Mechanical Engineer having similar experience with hands on experience and has demonstrated capabilities in previous assignments in R&D and application oriented. Experience in execution of concepts through his team
– Clarity of concepts, product designing & design engineering, and Various tools used
– Knowledge of 3D designing
– Knowledge Hydraulics, Mechanical and Electrical
– Exposure to materials handling
– Ability to manage and lead the team and people interaction
– Knowledge of sourcing of inputs
– Success will depend on getting the resource inputs approval and also to get them in place rather waiting for organization to fend for things to meet his requirements.
Experience : 7 – 12 years
