Job Description:
– Must be engineering graduate & having experience in EPC company.
– Pipe routing from P&ID in PDS software.Interference clashes Checking.
– Isometric Extraction by Batch.
– Hard and Soft QC Check.
– Smart Plant Review Handling.
– Exposed to ASME and API codes
– Stress Input review, Modelling, Support review, Stress report Generation, Stress report review, Stress Isometric Creation.
– Caesar II configuration.
– Finalization of supports locations after reviewing of SPR.
– Special support detailing.
– Load Analysis as per API-610, API-617 & API-650.
– Flange leakage analysis.
– Lead Engineer for Detailed Engineering and modeling of Piping Engineering.
– Prepared technical and commercial bid document.
– Coordinate with Client, vendor and inter departments to carry out the project.
Experience : 10 – 15 Years
