Human Resources Manager – Apparels
Our Client a front line player in the Apparel Manufacturing and Exporting Industry, having 12 factories in Sri Lanka and 2 Plants overseas with a workforce of approximately 12,000 in the Group is looking for committed persons to fill Two vacant positions for Human Resources Managers to strengthen their middle Management positions. The two vacant positions for HR Managers will be based in factories in the Sabaragamuwa and Eastern Provinces.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
• The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or a Diploma from a recognized institute in Human Resources Management.
• He should have at least 03 years experience in HR related functions in the capacity of HR Manager or Senior HR Executive with a good track record in HR management function of a reputed apparel manufacturer.
• He should be able to communicate in English and Sinhala languages fluently and fluency in Tamil language will be an added advantage.
• He should be fully conversant in all HR functions, training & development, retention of employees, legislation & Ethical Trading Initiatives etc. Accommodation will be provided since the positions will be in outstation.
