Shanti Adventure Tours Pit. Ltd (Shanti Travel) – (A French and Jetwing Travels joint venture) is a fast developing E-Travel Agency. We are making individual tailor made tours for French, German and Spanish speaking travelers. We have 4 offices in: India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka, but we are expanding rapidly and will be launching operations in other countries in the near future i.e. Myanmar, Laos etc. The work environment is very international and we are constantly looking for ambitious people to join our team in Colombo (Sri Lanka).

Presently we are looking for Drupal / Web Developer

Role and Responsibility:-

1. Perform custom Drupal/PHP programming and web application development.
2. This position requires initiative, creativity, and flexibility; ability to work independently and effectively in groups and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Technical Requirement:—

1. 2-3 years of experience in web programming including Drupal 6/7 development, PHP5, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3,
JavaScript and related fiameworks.
2. Solid knowledge and working use of Drupal modules including CCK, Views, Features, Workflow, Access Control,
Blocks, Rules, Cronjobs, Permissions, Rendering APIs, Entity API and Drupal 7″s AJAX system.
3. Experience in integrating Drupal application with third party applications
4. Proficient in Drupal back-end development, including custom module development, key contributed modules and
the core API.
5. Good knowledge of RDBMS & writing custom MYSQL queries Drupal API experience.
6. Extensive knowledge on XHTML, CSS3, HI’MI.5, Ajax, 1 Query, JavaScript.
7. Solid PHP knowledge (understand .tpl .php files and theme functions) and knowledge of the Drupal theme layer.
8. Familiarity with properties of different browsers and cross browser implementation of HTlVlL5 and CSS3.
9. Good understanding of web technologies and HTTP.
10. Contribution in open source community.
11. Should be able to code as per Drupal standard coding.
12. Should be well versed with implementation and configuration of most commonly used modules.
13. Expertise in JavaScript and mainstream JavaScript libraries such as JQuery and working knowledge of Ajax.
14. Should be able to handle PHP web page performance issue/cookies/session and Apache server or IIS server
configuration issue.
15. Basic knowledge/understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Google Webmaster Tool.
16. W3C Web standards debugging knowledge

Qualifications:—

* Work Experience Required: – 2 to 3 Years.
* Education Required: – IT related Degree or Higher Diploma.
* Specific Skill Set: – Drupal 6 & 7, Pl-IP5. MySQL, CSS3, HTML5, Ajax, JQuery and Photoshop.
