Assistant Maintenance Engineer
We are expanding company with multiple business ventures. We require for immediate employment an Assistant Maintenance Engineer for our building complex with adequate knowledge and experience and capacity to take responsibilities of hi-rise building maintenance works etc.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Age below 35 years.
• Suitably qualified with Electrical engineering Diploma or equivalent qualification from recognized institute.
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in maintenance of hi-rise building with modem techniques.
• Experience in VSD and motor controlling systems, Power generators, Central air conditioning systems, power distribution and trouble shooting, Fire detection and protection systems, Passenger elevators, CCTV,
• Plumbing and water treatment experience is added advantage
• Able to define and asses work carried out
• To coordinate and communicate with service providers, contractors & tenants
• Able to supervise the team of technical staff, monitoring and completion of task on schedules.
• Able to work with computer base work environment is added advantage.
• Able to implement cost and energy saving methods.
• Self-motivated and result oriented.
• Willing to work long hours when required
