International award-winning BOI approved Horticultural Export Company has vacancy for the following position:

Supply and Logistics Administrative Officer

Immediate vacancy is available for a suitably qualified and experienced person to join the present team handling the duties bellow.

Duties will include:

Assisting the Operations Manager in day to day functions such as:

■ Office Administration work
■ Coordination of Vehicle movements to suit requirements of different departments efficiently
■ Coordination of Vehicle maintenance work in conjunction with the Technical department
■ Administration of Vehicle Running Charts and allocation of Drivers effectively
■ Physically involve in purchasing on time and in a cost effective manner and arranging deliveries
■ Maintain all supplier information for on time and speedy references
■ Maintaining the mini office stores

Assisting the Export Sales Manager in functions such as:

■ Attending to Export Documentation and allied work
■ Liaising with governmental organizations in obtaining permits / certificates and allied work
■ In physically handling shipments.

Successful Candidate shall:

• Be around 30-40 years of age
• Possess valid driving license. Riding license will be an advantage
• Be computer literate
• Be prepared to travel occasionally and stay overnight in our site at Lindula
• Possess minimum of G.C.E. (A/L) Professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Possess experience in multi disciplinary functions ( experience certificates needed )
• Be prepared to furnish good recommendations for Honesty & Competency
• Have excellent written and spoken English
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Be educated up to GCE ‘A’ level standard
• experience in a related fields.
• CHA qualification is an added advantage.
