Job Description:

Search Engine Optimizer, required for a company in , India.

Responsibilities:

– Search engine marketing initiatives for various client and inhouse campaigns.
– Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted.
– Excellent knowledge of both on page and off page optimization techniques.
– Would be required to build links, classified postings, look into web directory submissions, article submissions submissions, press release submissions etc.
– Managing SEO related tools as Google Edwards, Google Analytics, Google and Yahoo Webmaster, Site Maps.
– Knowledge of Pay per link and Email Promotion will be an added advantage.
– Updated on latest SEO algorithm.
– On page optimization.
– Strong keyword research and site analysis ss.
– Proficient use of Google analytics including goals and conversion tracking.
– Should be aware of Google recent changes including Panda.
– Keeping abreast with all Google s and analysis the implications and give recommendations to supervisors and also guide the team members in understanding the implications.
– Continually propose new ways to optimize accounts and drive innovative SEO solutions.

Candidate Profile:

– Conversant with different SEO tool for keyword research, competitor research, LSI and content analysis.
– Strong in analysis and process oriented.
– Keeping d via blogs.
– Maintain quality of work undertaken/assigned to team members as per industry standards, be responsible that the team members achieve there KRAs in timely manner.
– Demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
– Exceptional communication ss.
– Experience in HTML.
– Use of industry tools such as Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics.
– Having experience in managing CMS’s such as Joomla, Magneto, WordPress etc. for Onpage Optimization.
– Ability to handle the team of 5 to 7 Persons.
– Leadership ss are essential.
– Analyze the project and achieve the target with the help of team for different projects and keywords.
– Advanced Excel ss and experience of data analysis.
– Self directed when confronted with support issues.
– Ability to manage details, overall flexibility and efficient work habits.
