Job Description:
Possess good command over English along with good communication skills, pleasing personality, preferably from an Aviation background. The candidate would have to impart knowledge to prospective students about the available courses at Blue Bird Flight Academy.
Responsibilities:
– Keep track of enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone and direct enquiries maintaining the record of the same so that same can be converted.
– Providing information through emails, calls about various courses to the students recruiters.
– Maintaining the record of the students joining the course and also keeping a track of the fee to be paid by the students.
– Updating student record, ensure periodical follow ups.
– Making Daily Reports for the leads
