Desired candidate profile:
– Must be an Full time MBA
– Must have minimum 7 years of experience in automobile industry
– Must know the local language ( Marathi)
– Develops and implements recruiting Strategy
– Reviews overall HR system including policies, procedures and practices regarding talents attraction, motivation and retention to identify gaps
– Maintains good relationship with local labor departments to have updated information of labor laws and regulations.
– Overseas the performance management system
– Responsible for employee communication system
– Champions and leads plant Health & Safety programs, CI HR elements to Ensures healthy & regular communication channels to process feedback & information sharing
