Manager CI
The successful candidate should be a technically sound person possesses a BSc. Degree in Industrial Management or equivalent. He/she should have experience in similar capacity for Five (5) years in a reputed manufacturing firm in implementing Lean management, Kaizen, and 6S. Person having exposure to manufacturing system like Toyota production system or similar system will be an added advantage Ideal candidate must be fluent in English, computer literate and be a dynamic team player. The individual would ideally be under 35 years of age.
Deputy Production Manager
Ideal candidate should be task oriented with proven track records in production planning and execution.
Should have analytical ability to review data and take suitable actions to realize the production plan meeting on time delivery and right 1st time quality while maintaining expected efficiency. He/she must have good interpersonal relationship skills with all levels of the organization and should be a proven leader. The successful candidate should be a technically sound person who possesses a science degree or any other equivalent qualification. He/she should have experience in similar capacity for Five (5) years in a reputed manufacturing firm. Ideal candidate must be fluent in English, computer literate and be a dynamic team player. The individual would ideally be under 35 years of age.
Quality Engineer
The candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision to achieve the quality assurance objectives in the company which certified to ISO 9001, AS9100C, EASA Part 21G & ISO 14001. The position has responsibility to maintain the systems in place and to identify opportunities for further improvement of the quality system and business performance and implement those coordinating cross functionally.
Successful candidates should possess an engineering degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering and should have worked minimum 2 years in similar capacity. Knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 would be an advantage. Candidate must be fluent in English, computer literate & be a dynamic team player. The individual would ideally be under 30 years of age.
