Job Description:
Qualification :- LLB / LLM
Land Acquisition, Real Estate & Regulatory matters Civil, Criminal, Arbitration & Labour Law matters.
– All Commercial Laws (including Money recoveries)
– Supervision of entire Litigation, Arbitration
– Knowledge of Employment regulations
– Good communication, written and verbal in English language
– Interpersonal effectiveness (Listening/Responding/Persuasive Skills etc
– Responsible for all legal issues related to real estate like property acquisition, Rental agreements, leasing, buying & selling of properties
– Project Property Identification & Strategy Formulation for its acquisition
– Reviewing of work contracts / Procurement agreements.
– Land acquisition, Documentation and legal formalities in property matters.
– To do Legal due diligence of the properties and ensure the title is marketable
– Drafting Agreements concerning JVs, etc.
– Participating in Negotiations and finalizing the drafts of Commercial Contracts.
– Drafting and vetting of documents like Agreements of Sale, Conveyance Deeds, Partnership Deeds,
– Memorandum of Understanding, Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, Power of attorney etc.
– Interpretation of Acts/ Laws / Provisions/ Policies / Schemes / Notifications/ Govt. Regulations etc.
– Negotiating with vendors, for procuring the lands and fixing up the price etc
Experience : 10 – 16 years
