As a Functional Head based at Corporate office,He will be responsible for all the aspects of Management of Human Resources for all group companies & multiple manufacturing locations thereby integrating the people with Business objectives of the company (To achieve 8000 cr in next two years )
He will have a challenge of turning a Family own company to professionally managed company.
The HR function will play a dominate role in OD Intervention,Career planning, organizational / Behavior development, Leadership Development, Training, Performance Management & Recruitment etc.
