Job Description:
– Visionary with regards to health and wellness.

– Healthy and well maintained appearance and proper grooming.
– Understands the integration of mind body spirit environment.
– Possesses the qualities of discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
– Enthusiastic about the role and flexible enough to work around changes.
– An aptitude for structure, administration and communication.
– Implement and manage a budget.
– Working knowledge of benefits and protocols of spa therapies.
– Working knowledge of MS Office, Micros and Fidelio (or any other property point of sale systems).
– Responsible for supervising the day to day operation of the Spa
– Adhere and implement policies and procedures which are laid down by the hotel and corporate Spa Division for improving the performance and operations.
