SharePoint Developer
Key Responsibilities:
– Participate in requirements analysis and assist in the planning, development, and testing of client SharePoint based solutions
– On-going support for applications
– Designing and customizing SharePoint solutions.
– Create and maintain system code and documentation
– Planning and implementing soflware version upgrade releases
– Troubleshooting and debugging SharePoint sites.
– Working on SharePoint customization projects Performs other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
– Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent training and experience.
– Strong knowledge of SharePoint Architecture, Object Model, Shared Services, SharePoint Templates and SharePoint Features
– Familiarity with SharePoint design and development using Visual Studio and Sharepoint Designer
– Knowledge of C# and the .Net Framework
– Experience with web development, including XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, DOM, XML and XSLT
– Experience building custom solutions in SharePoint 2010 III, including Web
– Experience with MSFT Team Foundation Services and working in a .NET development environment
Personal Characteristics and Skills:
– We expect you to have strong communication skills, be creative and innovative, and be a team player.
– Design, development and debugging skills.
– Should ideally have travelled overseas on work.
– Be able to travel overseas at short notice and be willing to work overseas for extended periods ranging from 3—months to a year.
– Excellent problem solving skills.
