– Candidates must have good communication skills and pleasing personality
– Candidate must have min experience of 2 urs in secretarial profile
– Attending phone calls & visitors.
– Arrangements for conferences, meetings & appointments.
– Coordinating arrangements for meeting times, locations, travel, lodgings, catering services.
– Preparing minutes of the meeting.
– Keeping record of all the important calls, emails and faxes and coordinate with them accordingly.
– Coordinating telephonic and email interaction between external parties.
– Should have knowledge of vendor management

Experience : 2 – 5 years
