Bata India Limited is an India-based Company. The Company operates in two segments: manufacturing and sale of footwear and accessories, and investment in joint venture for surplus property development .
The manufacturing and sale of footwear segment is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of footwear and non-footwear items, through its retail and wholesale network.
The investment in joint venture for surplus property development segment is involved in the development of real estate at Batanagar.
Its products include leather footwear, rubber/canvas footwear and plastic footwear.
Job Details:
– Position/Designation: Salesman/Salesgirl.
– Educational Qualification: 12th Pass.
– Experience: Fresher.
Roles & responsibilities:
– To follow instructions of store manager.
– Delight customers.
– Achieve 100% sale estimate on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Work Timings: 48 hrs in a week. Each person is required to work 6 days in a week.
Mandatory ss:
– Pleasant personality.
– Selling ss.
– Must know local language.
– Should be able to understand and speak English.
Physical standards:
– 5 ft 6 inch for male.
– 5 ft 2 inch for female.
– Medically fit.
– Weight proportional.
Salary structure :
– Rs 6000 In Hand
– Base CTC: 6800 + Incentive {Incentive Base:3000 or 2000}
Candidates will be paid base CTC only, for the first 2 months {Training Period}.
– On successful completion of training they will start getting incentive on the basis of performance.
– Below 80% no incentive. Incentive is calculated on incentive base with % achieved {Prorata}. For every 5%, above 120%, Rs.200 is paid extra.
