Job Description:
– Should have Management Degree in HR.
– Should have good exposure to Training activities.
– Current or prior experience of working in manufacturing company is desired.
– Should have exposure to SAP
– Learning need collation through LSC (Learning Strategic Consultative) approach.
– Facilitate functional heads in finalizing Learning Needs under 3E (Education, Experience & Exposure) Model.
– Carry our CCR (Career Competency Review) to identify gap & action plan for the same
– Learning & Development as a facilitator to achieve Business Goals & Vision.
– Preparing and rolling out of Training Calender for the unit.
– Maintaining MIS for Training Mandays, Training Cost, Effectiveness of Training.
– Supporting PMS & OD activities.
Experience : 3 – 8 years
