Candidate should be graduate, or Post Graduate with MBA in HR or MSW, or PGDPM & IR. Degree in Law may be advantageous.
Handling Manufacturing HR, IR, Administration work.
Handling Government authorities.
Welfare of employees.
Maintaining Industrial Relations,
Training and Development
ISO QMS knowledge is preferred.
Supervising Time office, Security etc.
Providing Manpower for Production as per manpower planning
Compliance with Statutory norms
Knowledge of SaP HR modules is advantageous.
Experience : 8 – 10 Years
