Head of Content

Manage a team of content uploaders and maintain content quality control whilst uploading materials to the website by agreed deadlines; carry out scheduled/regular updates of existing content; work with management teams locally and abroad to localize content; develop detailed website upload instructions and FAGS; train all new staff and/or temporary staff regarding content duties and act as a contact person to troubleshoot content problems

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, software engineering, computer science; Strong technical, process and solution orientated skills and mind set; Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills in English and the local language; Solid IT background and experience with high scale content management systems; Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping with programming skills is highly desired.

Content Analyst

Create, edit and manage content for the company’s web presence; maintain a consistent look throughout all web properties; moreover, work cooperatively with key team members, country managers and clients

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and organizational skills; great English Language skills; extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; familiarity with Microsoft Excel and highly trainable in software programs; proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team and familiarity with an e-commerce business is highly desired.
