Job Description:

20 – 25 years experience in Generalist HR role and presently working as Corporate HR Head

– Formulation of HR policies & systems to ensure organisation efficiency
– Work out ,various HR initiatives
– Provide direction to manpower planning ,quality recruitment & developing them to ensure long term association thru career growth
– Manpower Planning and recruitment
– Training & development
– Performance Management System
– Participate in important business corporate meeting at top management level to significantly contribute in providing HR solution and review HR strategy based on business plan & allied matters.
– Employee satisfaction survey
– Handle high profile training- Interactive workshop to upgrade the knowledge of senior and middle management team.
– Participate as a member of interview committee for selection of senior & critical position
– Work on critical areas like Building relation with employee with focus on inter functional alignment Continuously effort to ensure internal customer satisfaction Takes ownership of developing people by building capabilities of existing team members to achieve excellence .
