Customer Care Assistants
The Job:
– Welcome and direct all visitors who arrive at the office.
– Attend all calls, transfer calls, take messages and record as needed and answer or refer inquiries about products.
Prerequisites:
– Candidate must be outgoing, energetic, friendly and professional.
– Minimum 2 year experience in a similar position.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala are required.
– Should be able to handle multiple tasks while being personable to visitors and employees.
– Excellent knowledge on MS office.
– Between the age group of 20-24
– Candidates residing near Thalawathugoda, Maharagama, Kottawa, Pannipitiya, Nugegoda, Pitakotte 8. Battaramulla.
