Job Description:
– To oversee the inventory process in the Restaurant.
– Supervising staff briefings to review performance on a daily basis.
– Scheduling of floor manpower to customer ratio to adequately meet the customer interface.
– Day to day operations of running a restaurant, identifying and taking care of needs of customers and employees, daily reporting, implementing measures on cost control etc.
– To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the Restaurant.
