Job Description:
B. Arch with minimum 12 or more years of design experience. Ability to work on variety of medium to large commercial projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of architectural design, documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologies.
General knowledge of architectural practice including site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering and construction costs.
Developing solutions to design problems. Responsible for keeping all phases of a project on schedule. Coordinate work of consultants with architectural documents review shop drawings and requests for information perform periodic field inspections design and review change orders.
Coordination of each trade assist in the preparation of punch lists and file observation reports. Responsible for various portions of project design development andor preparation of construction documents as well as team working on assigned tasks within a project. Should be able to supervise less senior staff during phases of a project.
