Job Description:

– Excellent communication skills.
– Capable of handling 10-15 team members.
– Previous experience in managing restaurants is a necessity.
– Well acquainted with routine operations and maintenance of restaurant operations.
– Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
– Candidate with work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a restaurant with good standards will be preferred.
– Freshers can also apply.

To plan and carry out operations of the restaurant, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales upgradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with agreed business plans

Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing and training.

Leadership Skills to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost cutting,employee retention, guest service satisfaction, food quality and cleanliness.

Plan and carry out Local sales marketing like door hanging, newspaper insertion, corporate calling etc.

Responsible for maintaining the various MIS reports like usage of food cost, sale report etc.
