QA Lead & QA Engineer

About H2Compute We are a company with proven expertise in providing .Net based Software development for web application, web services and Windows applications to prestigious clients in Europe. The Application development team is engaged in high profile application development projects on .Net with our head office in Utrecht, The Netherlands. We are on the lookout for dedicated, experienced .Net engineers capable of working as part of a team towards achieving strict deadlines on software development projects for our clients. The personnel we are looking for needs broad understanding and experience in .Net technology.The ability to learn new tech-nology and grasp business logic from our Dutch colleagues in a short period of time is essential. Also should be capable of helping other team members to achieve their task functionally and technically.

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup automated test environments with Microsoft TFS
• Guide team members for better software quality assurance.
• Help the team members with functional and technical issues.
• Responsible for implementing test procedures for our standard application software or custom built solutions.
• Prepare/Review QA project artifacts including Test Plans, Test Scenarios, test data and Test Scripts
• Participate in project deliverable reviews, and provide input on functional requirements, creative design, UI standards, or potential problems

Requirements for the New Colleague:

• Requires B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equal.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a QA role preferably testing web and mobile based transactional applications
• At least one year experience in working same position
• Experience with Test automation tools and agile testing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional certifications in QA such as ISTQB, CSTE.
• Fluent in English, must be able to communicate with foreign clients.

QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating basic test cases and test scripts and perform functional, regression, performance, security testing.
• Logging, Tracking, and verifying resolution of specification defects and work with development team to resolve defects
• Can work under minimal supervision.
• Working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis
• Bug finding skills and writing high quality bug reports that often result in solid fixes from development

Requirements for the New Colleague:

• Requires B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equal.
• 2 years experience in testing web/ windows applications.
• Experience with Test automation tools and agile testing.
• Professional certifications in CIA such as ISTQB, CSTE.
• Fluent in English, must be able to communicate with foreign clients.
