With the expansion of our activities, we are looking for high caliber, self motivated and energetic individuals for immediate recruitment to fill the following position:
Network Support Executive
Responsibilities:
• As a Network Support Executive, you must be able to accurately and swiftly resolve issues and daily tasks.
• Installation and configuration of Windows and Apple 0/S computers, peripherals and software.
• Configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot WAN/LAN routers including Cisco, ADSL & DSL and telephony devices
• Perform deployment, administration and security maintenance of Windows and Linux Servers
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Ability to provide after-hours support on a rotational “on-call” basis and to work “off-hours” as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Provide full desktop and remote support and regular maintenance Requirements
• Experience supporting Apple Mac, Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 desktop/laptop PCs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office365 and Apache OpenOffice
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktops and laptops.
• Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops and Laptops.
• Windows and Linux Server and Active Directory experience
• Strong team player that will promote teamwork and excellent communications.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Posses valid riding license
