Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 plus years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
Team oriented and ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams Influencing skills and ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong analytical and process skills
Employs market research, clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis, winloss tracking and price realization in developing commercial strategy for a product in a given region Understand customers clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought for the product offerings
Develop India marketing plan, value proposition and product positioning
Drive the use of market research to identify market and adjacent opportunities, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning and assess competitor portfolios
Developing modular marketing plan for customers for effective marketing to their end customers. Owning the execution of the plan.
