Manager – Sales, Marketing & Business Development
OWA are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and marketing Manager who will be also responsible for expanding our Accounting and cloud software services to SME business’s in Sri Lanka and the Region. This role focuses on expanding OWA Accounting Services and Inrax Cloud Accounting software including discovering new opportunities and implementing partnerships with Accounting and Software Service providers.
Outline of Role will include the following:
• Liaising with clients on a daily basis
• Handling incoming calls
• Making outgoing calls to prospect clients/businesses across Sri Lanka and marketing/selling the company’s core services and products
• Liaising with existing clients
• Developing relationships within the company
• Marketing the client services and products
• Networking and attending relevant events
• Organizing appointments for the Directors /managers for prospect business
• Dealing with quotes and pricing for Services
• Assisting with updating company website with new services
Key Skills Required:
Education. Qualifications & Experiences
• Graduate in marketing with the Knowledge of Financial Accounting or Holding recognized qualifications from a professional Intuition (CIM or SLIM)
• At least 3 years experience in Sales in a corporate environment
• Proven B2B sales experience/record
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent business development skills
• Experience in IT Related Products (Software) will be an advantage
• Computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English
