The desired candidate should have reasonable knowledge of Chinese or European cuisine. He should be a Hotel Management graduate along with minimum 2 to 5 years experience in the Hotel and Restaurant industry
Thorough knowledge of Chinese/ European cuisine. Knowledge of pantry operations. Ability to do the staff rostering and allocation.
