Job Description:
Detailing and getting the changes done in the working drawings.
Visiting the sites to complete physical inspections and site surveys before starting on the design. Knowledge of the BMC, MMRDA, SRA, etc. norms and regulations (DCR). Main link with Govt authorities, external architects, consultants and engineering team.Preparation of tender drawing & documents.
Planning, layouts,design detailing & brief to external architect. Coordinate with project coordinator.
Experience : 12 – 17 Years
