Experience and Qualifications:
– G.C.E. Advance Level
– Having excellent communication skills both in English and Sinhala with Computer Literacy.
– Ensuring that all incoming telephone calls are answered and provide quick and courteous service to all callers
– Determining the purpose of calls and forwarded to appropriate personnel or Department
– Ensuring that all visitors are greeted and thereafter directed to meet the intended company personnel
– Assist to Corporate HR department in their day today functions
The ideal candidates should be team players, have positive interpersonal and communication skills with the willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
