The individual we are looking for, should have a minimum of 1 years working experience as a QA engineer, and should be willing to join our team on an immediate basis. This individual needs to be an expert in his or her field, and should also be an all-rounder, who believes in teamwork and is always willing to go the extra mile, in order to get things done.
Software quality assurance will only be a part of his or her responsibilities, and he or she should also be willing to be involved in tasks such as attending customer meetings, preparing software related documentation such as UAT’s, Software User manuals etc.
Wavenet Solutions – Vacancy for a QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
■ Co-ordinating, managing, and executing all application testing activities from start to finish.
■ Creating test plans and test cases.
■ Preparation of technical documentation (Technical proposals, user guides, test cases).
Essential Requirements:
■ At least one year experience in testing software applications.
■ Strong knowledge in QA methodologies and processes.
■ Experienced in utilizing QA tools.
■ Experienced in both black box and white box testing.
■ Experienced in writing clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
■ Excellent communication skills in English (Both spoken and written).
■ Excellent Report writing and presentation skills.
Educational Qualifications:
■ Degree / or HND in Information Technology.
