Merchandising Manager (For our Polonnaruwa Plant)
Should possess the ability to work independently and liaise with Buyers, Buying Offices. Provincial Factories within the Group, Head Office in Dehiwala and with Suppliers.
The candidate would preferably have at least 5-7 years hands on experience as a Merchandising Manager in a reputed apparel industry and should possess good organizational, communication, time management skills and an in-depth
understanding of the overall business and Buyers’ requirements.
Possession of a degree or professional qualification in the relevant field and experience in TOPS/ERP systems would be advantageous.
The candidate should be a highly motivated person with the ability to work under pressure. Preferred age will be 25-40 years.
