Head of Finance
Skills Required:
• Sound analytical skills & ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proven time management & organizing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
• Ability to think out of the box
Qualifications:
• Fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA
Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years of post-qualified work experience in corporate finance in a service organization Preferably in Software development/BPO Company
• Experience in maintaining an effective & efficient financial reporting system in line with Organizational, objectives and stake holders interest.
• Experience in handling finance in subsidiary companies in multiple countries.
• Experience in coordinating BOI, Tax Audits and ensuring Statutory requirements are met
