Executive – Transport & Administration
Responsibilities:
• Overlooking the overall administrative procedures, including Security, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Lease Agreements, and Contracts with suppliers.
• Attending to other administrative duties such as managing files/documents, records
• Ensuring the smooth function of additional administrative duties, required by operational improvements
• Planning, resource allocation, and coordinating with other Units
• Assisting HR Unit with core & peripheral HR operational duties
Qualifications:
• G.C.E (A/L) with three passes and Credits for English, & Sinhala at G.C.E (O/L)
• Certificate level qualification in HR or Admin from a recognized body
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Person Specification:
• Excellent command in English & Sinhala.
• Special consideration will be given to applicants who have good computer skills and a
• Be self-motivated and a team player
• Experienced in working as part of a team or on own initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to read and understand complicated documents and procedures
• Capacity to work under pressure and must be willing to travel to the project areas specifically in the northern and eastern provinces, if necessary
