Senior ICT Engineer – Service Operations
Skills Required:
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Excellent customer service focus and skills both on the phone and in person
* Problem Solving ability with ability to Identify complex problems
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong customer orientation
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Computer systems or Networking from a recognized University Experience
* 3-4 years of experience in windows server environment o Microsoft certifications (MCP/MCSA/MCTS)
* Hand on experience in 365 administrations
* Knowledge of software deployment, remote desktop and service desk system o Experience in installing, configuring, and managing multiple LANNVAN network technologies
System Engineer – Service Operations
Skills Required:
* Excellent customer service focus and skills
* Problem Solving ability with ability to Identify complex problems
* Ability to work under pressure o Strong customer orientation
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized University Experience
* 4-5 years of experience in supporting enterprise scale systems
* Experience in Microsoft server operating systems and services including AD, DNS, DHCP, RDP, IIS, W o Experience in installing, configuring, and managing multiple LAW/WAN network technologies (switches, routers and firewalls)
* Experience in Office 365 administration
* Experience in disaster recovery planning, high-availability, backup, recovery and continuity solutions Systems operations monitoring, alerting and remediation
* Experience in Administrative scripting and automation
